Trading Terms

Ordering From The Window Sticker Factory:

Browse through our catalogue and click on any items that you wish to buy and put them into the shopping basket. When you have made your selection, click on “checkout” You will then be asked to provide details so that we can process the order. Orders can only be sent to the billing address of the cardholder placing an order.


Delivery schedule:

We try to process all orders, where possible, within 24 hours subject to busy periods of the year. Whilst most items will be dispatched within three working days, please allow 3-5 days for delivery within the UK. 7-10 days for Europe and 7-14 days Rest of World. 

Delivery and receiving of goods:

We always post items over £10 by Recorded and Tracked delivery for your security as well as ours. As we make all orders over £10 to order we will refund or replace if the item has been lost in transit as per Royal Mail conditions.

If no one is available to accept delivery and an attempt to deliver has been logged electronically we are unable to refund any missed deliveries. The customer is responsible for accepting delivery and re-arranging delivery and ensuring someone is there to sign for the package. This applies to all of our products sent out. If you do not receive your item within 7 working days of posting please contact us and we will resolve immediately.

Payment:

We accept payment by PayPal, safe online payments that allow you to pay with your credit or debit card. Buyers from outside the UK please note: WE DO NOT ACCEPT CHEQUES OR MONEY ORDERS IN ANY OTHER CURRENCY OTHER THAN GB POUNDS STERLING £’s

Packaging:

At The Window Sticker Factory, we want you to receive your purchase in the same great condition it left us. We use only good quality, new materials for packaging and take great care to insure that happens. We too buy online and can assure you NO ONE takes better care of your purchases. In the unlikely event that an item should arrive damaged due to our negligence, simply return the item and a replacement will be mailed out free of any charge.

Deliveries to UK mainland (inc. Northern Ireland)

For UK mainland deliveries, postage will be charged at cost PLUS a small fee for packaging and handling. The postage cost per item should be shown along side the item description, if it is not, please email The Christmas Sticker Factory for a quote. Items mailed within the UK will normally be sent first class recorded delivery and insured for £30.00. Heavier items may be sent Parcel Force 48 hour and will normally be insured for the full replacement value of the item. If a buyer requires enhanced insurance, Special Delivery or an expedited service please email the above for a quote BEFORE placing your order. The Window Sticker Factory reserves the right to replace any of the above services, without notice, for a similar or enhanced service, where we deem it to be more appropriate.

Overseas & non-mainland UK:

For overseas and non-mainland UK deliveries, postage will be charged at cost PLUS a small fee for packaging and handling. The postage cost per item should be shown along side the item description, if it is not, please email us at for a quote. Items mailed outside the UK will normally be sent Airmail and insured for £30.00. Heavier items may be sent Surface mail (if selected) and will normally be insured for £30.00. If a buyer requires enhanced insurance or an expedited service please email the above for a quote BEFORE placing your order. The Window Sticker Factory reserves the right to replace any of the above services, without notice, for a similar or enhanced service, where we deem it to be more appropriate.

Returns:

If you are not happy with your purchase, please return it to us within 7 days*. We will make a refund, provided the goods are returned in perfect condition and in their original packaging. Please return the delivery note with the item and state the reason for the return. We do not refund postage costs unless an item arrives damaged due to our negligence. Items lost or damaged in the post that have been packed correctly are usually insured, we will fill out any necessary claims forms at the post office on your behalf and liaise with the correct Postal service to achieve a satisfactory outcome on your behalf. In the event that this becomes necessary please be aware a refund will be made as soon as we have clearance from the Royal mail/Parcel force, this can take several weeks but we will endeavour to keep you informed of all developments as appropriate.

It is the expressed intent of me (the seller) that any unauthorized use of the aforementioned items by the purchaser shall be the sole responsibility of the purchaser. Purchase of any product from us is not authorization for the use of any specific logo or trademark, you are not purchasing any logo(s) or trademarks, whether registered or not, but paying only for the materials costs involved, any logo(s) or trademarks are provided to you strictly free of charge. By purchasing any goods which may/may not include logo(s) or trademarks that may/may not be registered, you convey to us you have necessary authority (if need be) to use the artwork or logos.

* We will refund items held in stock up to an individual price of £5.99 per item. All 'trade' orders i.e orders manufactured to order cannot usually be refunded and are not part of the distance selling regulations. We will always endeavour to resolve any issues associated with made to order items.
